there's a spitz website called spitzastore which I've found out it's not the original spitz website when you go into the website, there is a 70% off sale running it looks exactly like the original spitz website I've purchased a lacoste sneaker on it , I've added my card details and went through with the payment, they deducted more than the initial price and only to find out it's not the original spitz , it's a **** spitz has posted on their platform that this website is a **** but by then it was too late I've requested a cancelation for that order but they won't refund me since it's a **** I've tried contacting the bank to reverse my money but they saying I have to contact this company ive purchased from to do a refund , and since it's a **** and ***** they won't I need help getting my money back by being reversed into my account asap please
