DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

My experience with Spitfire Furniture has been absolutely shocking.

I placed an order for a couch and planter boxes in November 2025. I waited FIVE MONTHS for the couch, and incredibly, the planter boxes are STILL outstanding to this day.

Let that sink in — an order placed in November 2025, and months later I am still waiting for part of what I PAID FOR.

The amount of money you spend on furniture like this is not insignificant, so you expect a professional company to deliver on its promises. Instead, this has been an exhausting and extremely frustrating experience.

The waiting is one thing, but the poor service, lack of proper communication and failure to deliver the complete order is what makes this experience completely unacceptable.

I am sharing this review because I wish I had seen more honest reviews like this before placing my order.

If you are considering spending a lot of money with Spitfire Furniture, THINK TWICE. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them and certainly would not place another order with them.

Five months for a couch. Months later, still waiting for the planter boxes. Absolutely unacceptable
