Buy at Your Peril!

On the 14th November 2025 I made a massive mistake buying almost R50k on line from this company. Everything they say is a lie! There are no free deliveries for domestic buyers withing 80km of their store. Its everywhere but its ****. Secondly their time lines are equally ****. According to their invoices a local item can take up to 90 days for delivery and special items 3 months. Well thats a lie and very wishful thinking. Although they had the headboard purchased ready for delivery after 5 months, they kept it back and waited for the international items to arrive so all items would be delivered to me at the same time and thus save themselves transport costs. Communication is appaulling. They do not reply to emails, they do not answer phones and when they do they never come back to you as promised. After nearly 6 months my international items arrived and then the circus entered part 2 act. Now there are delivery costs added all of a sudden. Paid them. Then its weather issues to deliver as they have no enclosed trucks. Eventually I had soe items delivered at night around 8pm in a normal bakkie. On the same day I was informed that they dropped the headboard and damaged it so badly that they have to have a new one made from scratch. On delivery I found a R20k chair delivered with no stand. Was promised it would be delivered the next day by 9am but only got it again in the middle of the night. The headboard I was told would be expedited and would have it in 3 days time. Its now going to 7 months from purchase date and I still have no Headboard. In whose world is this even remotely ok? I phone no answer, I email, no answer. Matter has been escalated to CGSO and soon to SAPS for ***** as I have paid and have no purchase to show. If you seriously consider buying from this store, know what you are in for as I am not an isolated case as I have now found out. I should have done my homework, but was fooled by pretty pictures and false promises.
