BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The only good part about this company is when it comes to installations. Then they are eager and quick to take your call, and do the installation. All other form of customer service stops there. Although all network related companies endure problems, this is by far the worst when it comes to feedback to customers. I have been having continues problems with them to give feedback. Although account is always paid on time, whenever there is issues, getting hold of the owner is impossible. My network connection provided by them, is used not only for leisure, but because I work full time from home, this is a bigger concern than only not having wifi. And because customer service is so bad, additional wifi on a seperate router needs to be bought and used in order to be able to continue my work. The owner, will once in a while send a email, to my work computer, when the wifi is off, that I can not access, because the wifi is off, to inform the reason for the wifi being off, instead of sending a message or replying to a message request, This is unacceptable and has been going on for some time.
This has been communicated to all users as it happens and some users understand. this is only one user, this outage affect 100 users and 99 users understand but this one user dont understand.
All mail history and whatsapp history is kept for review on request by any client/user.
This is for 4 days only but for the 300 days when all is going good then no comment, this spesific user also use about 400gb data per month
Dear users
As some users are aware, as from Thursday 15 July 2021 the internet from this site has been going of at times. This is due to a power cable in the building that got burned, i am not sure when or how long the electrician will take to repair still.
As from Saturday we added a generator on site but the petrol only last so long, we added solar Monday but not the correct unit as some shops were closed.We are on site today to redo the whole power for the tower to run from solar and power.
The electrician is on site to repair but cannot say how long to repair.I do hope from tomorrow it will be normal again as the is costing me also a lot of money to get it up and running.
