Worst Service ever received!

<p>I try give every company a chance and i have given Speed Services Couries 1 too many!</p> <p>I send parcells over night and i make sure when ever i send anything for over night that they do deliver it the next day. Well in this case it was quite the oppsoite. I sent a parcel on Thursday for Friday delivery which they assured me it would definetly get there Friday its monday and the parcel still has not arrived. Paid the fees for over night getting service thats worse that snail mail. Called in numerous times and get swung around to different departments and then the line drops. No idea what is going on and cannot get hold of any 1 for answers. It is most frustrating and the worst service ever received!</p>
