Worst Service Ever

Worst ever!!! Sent a package to JHb paid extra to have it delivered to the door in January, tracking number showed it arrived it JHB, but no one can find it. Months later, still no package. No one ever comes back, no one replies to emails. Emails get forwarded from one person to the next and that's where it ends. I have to follow up all the time. Then I get told management will have my query investigated and that was in March, June has come and gone - still waiting. Tracking and shipment number conveniently off the system. Anger does not describe how i feel about this useless company and the even more useless employee. Maybe they should change their name from Speed Service or Delay Waste of Time and Money Service
