Worst Service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>This courier service is the worst - if you can avoid using it. Sent an overnight package and I'm told I will only get it on Monday (5days later). What is the point of paying all that money if your package will not be delivered to you when you need it??? </p> <p>Also, I waited on the phone for 3mins (after numerous attempts) before someone actually picked up!! Even then I was given no proper assistance - they cannot tell me why the package was not delivered on time - they don't know. If they have no idea then who is supposed to???</p> <p> </p> <p>Never using their services again!</p>
