Worst service

On 24 November at 15:28 I sent a parcel from Bellair post office with speed service for counter to door courier to waterval boven. It is now Thursday 30 November and parcel has still not been delivered. On Tuesday 28 November I called the call center and was advised my parcel would be delivered to a friend on Wednesday 29 November. And we are still waiting. You pay for a service so u expect to get the service paid for. So much for speed service not so speedy after all with delivery. I have also now been on the phone with the call center for 20 mins and nobody has answered the call. This was a urgent parcel as if parcel can not be delivered to its destination I would like parcel returned to my door so I can find another company that will offer a better service. Worst service received from you as a first time client.
