worst courier

i had urgent documents which were to be delivered on Friday 10 but never reached.

The only thing i have been hearing is that it is on delivery from Friday 2am and still not delivered till now.

All agents keep promising to call back but never do. Please close this service and privatise it so we can get somewhere in South Africa....please.
