WORSE SERVICE EVER

I posted documents on the 17/02/2015 before 3 pm in Kuils River to be received in East London on the 18/02/2015 at 1pm. Up to now, the documents have still not been received in East London. I was later told that the documents were only scanned on the system on the 18/02/2015 at 12. I have been calling speed services and the post office from yesterday at 11 am till 4:30 pm and still the documents were not received. I asked to speak to the Manager - Daniel and told him how urgent these documents are hence they were couriered overnight. Daniel failed to get back to me as promised, I have to wasted my time and airtime calling speed services. This is the worst service I have ever received and would never recommend anyone to use speed services. You pay for the service which you don't get but you end up using your airtime to follow up. I need this document back in Cape tomorrow 20/02/2015
