Where's my package?

I order a package from wish a month ago, it got to Jet park speed service on the 06-09-2021, I contacted them on the 10th, they said that i should have received notification that it had reached its end location. its not the 30th haven't received anything and when I try and contact them on ***, it says "it does not exist" and I have wasted R100 on their costumer care number. it like they have disappeared!
