Where is my parcel???

<p>I had a parcel sent to me from Ladybrand on Tuesday 25 Oct. I was assured delivery would take 2 days. I followed my parcel online via tracking number, but since Thursday 26 Oct at 23:30 there has been no movement. I sent an e-mail to info service and tried phoning ***but an automated voice says "System congested" and hangs up. So now I ask you, how do I find out where my package is??</p>
