Whats the point of paying speed courier

Whats the point of paying speed courier if you going to get your parcel after a week, I am so angrrrry with your service the parcel was sent Monday, from Cape town and i was suppose to receive it Wednesday i called the whole day tracking my parcel,only to be told that the parcel is with a driver and was sent in the morning and nothing came,again Thursday i called and got the same say that the driver is on its way and the day past again without any luck.What makes me more angry is that on that parcel the is a CV that i was suppose to suppose wednesday and the Closing is Thursday the 19th, so now i couldnt submit the CV because of the people who doesnt care about their customers,about their service and jobs, now today my cousin wont get that job because of you n***x
