What a pathetic company

I've been waiting for a packing since more than a week ago. So i phoned them to ask the status of my package, they told me the driver had been here and no one was home. How he knew if i was home or not, i don't know, because he cant get to my front door. He didn't phone me to let me know he was here. Ive spent more money on airtime, trying to find out whats going on, than what my item cost.. Today i phoned them at 11am and the person told me the driver would be here at 12. Its almost 2pm and nothing. So i had to spend more money on airtime to find out what is happening, may be the drivers been here again and just drove off.<br> <br> Really bad service for a company that does deliveries. I would definitely not recommend them at all!!!
