Very Very Very Very Very poor poor poor service

Very bad consumer services. My has been stuck in Benoni for 5 days now and it is suppose to be delivered in Brakpan. No one is will to give me answers. I called more than 10 people and everyone is just refering me to the next person. Incomplete people . Never again I'm gonna use this company. Even now I'm still waiting for my parcel from the 23rd of August.
