Very Very bad Service

This courier company service is not good, first they said they try to deliver my parcel, but could not get hold of me, then i try to contact them, to find out what happen to my delivery, they said they will investigate, no feedback then i contact them again, then they come back, and said my parcel is lost, it was booked out, at their facility and it did get lost, now the oversee company dont want to refund me, and SpeedAf just pull up their shoulders, so now i lost money on the item and the custom duty that i paid, and now they just want me to except it
