very unhappy customer with her parcel not being delivered.

my parcel was sent on 6 December 2017 from Durban as an overnight delivery. When I went to check yesterday 12 December 2017 I was told my parcel was sent to Parkview in Johannesburg, then it was sent to Mamelodi, back to the Johannesburg yesterday, and then was sent to Montana this morning. This parcel was sent an overnight because there are very important and urgent documents in it. No Speed services cannot read the address.

The address was Parkview Post Office, Garsfortein Road, Pretoria East. Code 0093.

My surprise is that when we go to the post office to ask them to check for us the correct codes, we are being told that the person you sending to must go to that post office and get the address for the post office. My question is that are they not support to have the addresses, so they can give us information? We then rely on the information on the internet, but also that information is not accurate since my parcel has been sent back and forth.

My parcel has been sent to any Post Office that the speeds services felt like sending it to. On the address, theres nothing about Montana, Mamelodi, I understand the Parkview post office, but after realizing that it was not for them, they were supposed to send it Pretoria East because its there on the address and the code for the Post office. Now I have to ask a friend who stays in Montana to collect it for me and I need to drive to Montana this afternoon to go fetch it.

I have never had pleasant experience with the Post Office in Woodhill, theres a lady who always angry, and doesn't know how to address customers. She once refused to give information for the post office in Vryheid where I was sending my parcel to, telling to ask the person to the Post Office to ask for the address. Really? This is not right, we pay for thiese services. The lady by the name of Sibongile she has been very helpful, she was able to track my parcel and communicate with those post offices and give me feedback. thank you Sibongile, as for the other lady I don't know what to say.

Now I have to drive to Montana to get it. Shame speed services people cannot read. This is unacceptable.
