Very disappointed in the service of Speed services couriers.

I'm very disappointed with the service of speed services couriers I used their service to courier a package for me om the 9th June 2020 until today the package have not arrived I tried to call the following number ***they don't answer their calls. They say they are the shortest distance between two points but i didn't experience that. Thanks.
