Very bad services from Speed Services Couriers

Hi, i want to know whats going on with the services rendered by your company, we send a package last week to be overnight from klerksdorp to northam, the package was send out on wednesday the 05/08/2015 and should have been at its destination on the 07/08/2015 at the latest, but now no one can tell us where the package is, the package is medication that needs to get to my mother in law. can someone please let me know whats going on. The tracking nr is TC***ZA.
