Very bad service

I couriered a document via speed services couriers at Post office Potchefstroom on the 14th January 2021. The parcel parcel was suppose to urgently get to the University of Pretoria. It has been showing 'in transit since then' nothing changes. This is unacceptable, it's been 3 weeks now. I need this document to get to the university so that I can register.

I paid for this service to be receiving such an unsatisfactory service.
