Useless services

I sent documents via Speed Services Couriers to the UK. This should take 3 - 4 days but it has now been over 2 weeks and the documents have still not been delivered. Speed Services did not contact me to say there had been a problem, the receiver of the documents informed me. I have phoned the call centre on *** multiple times. It takes on average 7 to 18 minutes before you can get hold of anyone and then they redirect you multiple times, even when you ask for a specific person. Eventually i got hold of a lady called Dorothy who has tried to be helpful but due to their\system being down"they cannot tell me where my documents are. I was advised to speak to the manager Yolandi but after being on hold for 18 minutes i was told she was at another branch.<br> I have emailed Speed Services and left an enquiry on their website but no one has bothered to contact me.<br> I paid R475 to have one envelope sent to the UK and i am very angry at the delay in delivery and at the lack of help from the call centre."""
