Unmatched incompetence

The worst nightmare of my life, these guy's services are very upsetting and frustrating. Still waiting for a parcel, each time I call, I get assurance that my parcel is delivered the following day, but nothing happens, offered to get an option to drive to them to collect my parcel, but they won't accommodate that request. I needed my documents shipped to me ASAP now its 3 weeks they have been tossing me around, yet they mislead me by promising to deliver in period of 3 to 7 days on international packages. Wish I knew better, could have used other better services, now I am overdue and won't meet the deadline to submit the required documents shipped to me.
