Unhappy client

<p>I'm so dissapointed with the level of service Speed Service couriers is offering.I was suppose to receive a parcel on 13 May 2016. The drivers came to the location where they were suppose to deliver.They didn't bother to call me to alert me that they were on their way.They ask reception to call me and I didn't pick up the phone they left.</p> <p>This is not professional at all.You would expert a company like them to call you before they come to the location or give you a call afterwards to find out if they can come deliver. I have since been calling them to ask them to deliver the parcel and they keep on saying 'We will deliver the next day'</p> <p> </p> <p>The person who sent the parcel to me even paid R96 for fast delivery.I'm very dissapointed in their professionalism. </p>
