Unable to get hold of any agent to track my parcel

Hi,<br> <br> Please can I get a callback.<br> I have been tracking my parcel and the parcel has shown as undelivered.<br> It was meant to get delivered to Postnet Tokai.<br> I call the callcenter and wait 10minutes, then get cut off.<br> I sent multiple emails to [Email Removed] no reply!!!<br> I call back to the CC on ***, still no answer and I am currently 6 minutes in.<br> I am worried about my parcel, all I want is to know where it is in Cape Town so that I can come fetch it. Thats it!!<br> <br> Please can someone call me to tell me where my parcel is and I will collect it, alternativly is deliver the item to Tokai Post Office.<br> <br> Thanks,<br> Lyle
