<p>On 01-08-16 my parcel was posted via speed services couriers I was supposed to received it on the following day which is 2/8/16. My parcel was post via westonaria post office to Queenstown post office. on the 2nd went to Queenstown post office to fetch it and they said there was a delay my parcel is still in Eastlondon cause the post goes via East london and I must fetch it on Thursday. Today I went to Queenstown post office to fetch it to my surprise my parcel was empty the contents were ******. The manager said there's nothing they can do for me since the parcel wasn't insured. When I asked why did they receive empty parcel and the un insured parcel deserved to be ****** she didn't want to answer me all she can say was they are still investigating. How can parcel be ****** in a post office the courier bag Is opened and inside there's only those plastic bags which were used to rapp my parcel. Please help this is devastating. Post offices are supposed to be safe not robbing peolpe</p>
