Tracking Number does not work

On Friday the 10th of July 2015. I went to my local post office (Malelane) to sent a Packaged from Malelane to Pretoria. On Saterday morning my Tracking number wasn't in the data Base at the time. Today Monday 13th July 2015 I went to my post office to find out if the packaged was picked up on Friday. Then they said yes. but they can't find my tracking number on the data base. I called the Courier Company to find out what was going on and they could not give me an answer. I had to wait 30Min to speak to someone.
