Tracking not possible

Sent a parcel from my local post office to JHB. Tried to tract the parcel on their website but this website is one giant advertising. I went through 4 pages of questions regarding from life insurance to cellphone contracts to all types of insurances. Eventually closed the site on page 5. When I received the "Activation link" via email, I was taken to the same site. The Head Office number on the slip does not exist and the number ***just has an answering system. I called 5 times during the day and held on for not less then 5 minutes, but no one took the call. This is an absolute disgrace
