THEFT OF COURIERED GOODS

I went to a post office branch in Saxonwold (Jhb) to post a parcel, they used Speed Services Couriers for overnight delivery of the parcel,when the receiver opened the parcel at the post office on the other end(Mossel Bay post office) the parcel had been tampered with and the goods(Samsung Galaxy S4 with charger) were missing.
