THE WORST SERVICES FROM POST OFFICE SPEED SERVICE

I went to Gordon's bay post office to mail a parcel on the 23rd Dec 2015, I requested overnight express mail service, than I left. The following day I called only to hear that the parcel will only be collected by speed services on the 28th dec. it's the 06 Jan 2016 today and the parcel has still not been delivered no one is willing to assist from these ********** couriers. They continue lying to me saying the next day, the next day since the beginning. The sad part is the exact same thing happened in Dec 2014 in which it took an express parcel 10 weeks to arrive at its destination instead of overnight. I have never been given an apology or refund. The Speed services couriers being used by the South African postal services is thee absolute WORST in South Africa.
