Terrible service from ram courier

I am so tired of the numerous calls and holding on from this courier service which is supose to have delivered my rain simcard they did attempt once and i was short of a id book i then went and fixed that problem at home affairs and have called 3 times a day with no help and lots of lies and promises they say will call they even put on tracking system that they have called which has not happened im spending alot on airtime calling 3 to 4 times a day for more lies.
