Terrible service by Speed Services Couriers

Today (22 May 2021) at approximately 13h45 I called the Speed Services Couriers call centre ***). A lady called Kholiswa answered and I explained that I've been waiting for my parcel for over a month now (a MBA certificate from the University of Stellenbosch Business School). She then told me I should go get my parcel at Ruimsig Post Office (in a post box). I told her that I do not have a post box and do not have a reason to visit a post office. She then put me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I tried calling back again but I'll be put on hold again and again. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone, not to mention an state organisation such as the post office.

For more than a month, I've been waiting for my parcel (TA 766 663 450 ZA) which has since not been delivered to my home address.
