On 22/8/14 my daughter sent me a parcel with speed services from Johannesburg to Senekal, which I only received on 1/9/14.With the personnel of the PO in Senekal as witness, the speed services bag,as well as the parcel, was opened and resealed with brown tape. The contents of the parcel has been removed. With the help of Mrs Moloi of Senekal the claim has been passed on to speed services in Bloemfontein. After a lot of enquiries to Natasha,I was informed that only the postage will be paid back,as the parcel was not insured. My banking details was given to them for the re-imbur*****t,but up to date no money was paid back.On enquiry in 1/15 Jacques fm Speed services informed me that the money for my claim was not yet received, but he will follow up and come back to me.On 10/2/14, I enquired again as I did not received any feed back.As usual Natasha was not in her office once again as so many times before, and I insisted to then speak to Jacques, which I was told is the sales manager. He promised to let Natasha phone me back to sort out this incident. I'm still waiting. So it seem if you sent something with speed services without insuring, they have the right to ***** your property?
