In 2015 I couriered a gift to my cousin in East London, it was a Tissot men's watch work R5000 and a wallet. When he received the parcel, he found the wallet and an empty watch gift box. I filed a claim at the Northgate post office, there were also other clients who had the same problem and I was told that speed services are aware of this sort of problem. Till today I didn't get response, when I went to enquire at the post office at 1st I was told there was a parcel for me which went back to speed services because I did not collect it. To my surprise, there was not even a notification of that parcel. If speed services does not attend to this issues, it means they are involved in *****ing valuables from their clients. I will never again in my existence use their services. Whether they respond or not, I will make more money and buy another watch and courier it using other credible courier services. It was a disappointment for his birthday. At the branch I was told that there is no one I can contact directly.
