****** out of Package

Hello Peter<br> <br> Today, 12/03/2015, I went to the Post Office in Illovo to pick up a package sent from Jacobsdal containing a DSTV Walka. I was looking forward to getting it as i've wanted a Walka for quite some time. Imagine the suprize when I opened the package and then the Walkas box just to find the Walka and all the necessary cables gone. I Think its utterly unprofessional that a Company that does most of the country's Speed Post cant even ensure that the contents will reach the client. <br> <br> I Then decided to phone Speed Services after faxing a Claim form, to find out what to do next and I was welcomed by a lady that couldn't be less bothered about what happened, all she said was that the lady to which my claim form was sent was not in for the day and when she is back the matter will be attended to.<br> <br> Im not sure what to do now, I just find it unacceptable.
