****** items from package

Hi. I purchased an item through bidorbuy. The product was faulty so I shipped it back to supplier. The supplier went to Bertsham post office in Ormonde to collect and the box was empty and taped back closed. I was not contacted. I went to the post office to try and figure out what happened. Yes the box was empty and I was told that I would be contacted by the investigators. I have not heard anything from anyone. I have lost alot of money through this theft and I am not happy. I want to be compensated for my loss.
