On the 18th April, I packaged a MacBook Air in the presence of the person who accepted the goods at Randpark Ridge Post Offfice for over night delivery to my daughter at Stellies University in Stellenbosch. She was present in the packing process and even marked the package as fragile. I did not take insurance against damages as the parcel was well packed and well padded. The goods were to leave the Post Office yesterday on the 20th April to arrive in Stellenbosch on the 21st. The goods were to be collected at the Post Office in Stellenbosch. <br> She arrived there today to collect the parcel only to find an empty box inside with nothing inside!!!!<br> No one there is accepting responsibility and simply asking did you ensure the parcel. What on earth is happening in the Post Office that they cannot even be trusted with our goods???
