SPEEDAF USELESS COURIER AND NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED

The worst of the worst courier companies ever.. Send you a link to pay customs before even leaves, only for the parcel to leave 2 weeks later. No customer service to call and enquire about your parcel. My Shein order has been sitting at their JHB warehouse since the 18th April. I am a regular Shein client and I have never been so LIVID and DISAPPOINTED as I am right now.. Why not dispatch my order especially since you know you late. Shein must cancel them from their courier services because they are uselesss..
