Speedaf is so unbelievably terrible

This company deserves ZERO stars, the delivery guy came to drop off my parcel from SHEIN, but “accidentally” left it at the factory. The guy then said he’d deliver my parcel in 3 days and lo and behold nothing! It has no been over 3 weeks of no contact, I have tried phoning (which is hopeless) I have emailed them (no response) I am now trying to get shien to refund my money which is difficult as all hell. Shien needs to drop this incredibly bad company! Never allow speedaf to deliver any packages for or to you because you’ll never see it again
