Speedaf inefficiency and lack of customer service

My Temu parcel has not been delivered because according to Speedaf they cannot contact me. I have sent multiple message (sms and Whatsapps) giving them the correct contact details. They do not respond and continue to use wrong contact details. Have also tried contacting telephonically but they don't answer. Temu has also sent them the orrect contact details on two occasions and they also don't respond to Temu . Such inefficiency!!!!
