speed services with no answers

service is bad,

i used the speed services overnight deliveries, which they did deliver, however when i am tracking my order all they tell me is that it was delivered in roodeport when i ask which branch they are unable to assist, how do they just deliver and not know or keep a record of where they delivered too , this is frustrating as i am in durban and my parcel is in JHB...

please assist TRACKER NO. TC ********** 19ZA please help :-(
