Speed Services Sucks...

I have sent a parcel through Speed Services on the 21-10-2015 which was supposed to have reached the destination the next day latest. Still today the parcel has not reached the Destination ...I have been trying to contact the call centre but they put you on hold for like 20 minutes until the call cuts you. I have been calling for hours still no response.<br> <br> Speed services sucks, I paid about R194.00 for parcel that only weighs 744 grams, the least that they could have done is to deliver my parcel at the promised time. <br> <br> My parcel was supposed to have reached the destination on the 22.10.2015 now its late.
