Speed Services!? More like Snail Services!

I sent a package to a very special friend last Friday, 30/01/2015 (at 9.30am) so that it would arrive at the post office near where she was staying on Monday. She flew out of the country yesterday evening (Tuesday). When she went to the post office to collect the parcel yesterday it wasn't there!!! I didn't pay R75 for a next day delivery service for no reason. I've just tracked it online and it still says it's in Durban when it should have been in Pinetown on Monday! I demand that the parcel be sent to her postal address in the UK now as compensation for your terrible service. I shouldn't have to pay the extra postage costs to send it overseas now because of your company's incompetence!
