Speed Services lost my parcel and they cannot even track where it is.

I sent a parcel at Mlungisi Post office in Queenstown to East London on the 03rd of September 2018 via Speed Services Couriers. I was told that the parcel takes at most 5 days to reach the destination.

Up until today the parcel has never reached the destination and it cannot even be tracked. I have been trying to call their call centre I cannot be helped because they cannot track the parcel. Everyday I come to the Post Office where the parcel was sent still I dont get help.
