Speed services is actually slow services

Post office Primrose with their speed service couriers are slow as can come. On the 4th January 2022 i sent a parcel via speed services from Primrose post office. My tracking number they gave me shows the parcel has been in transit until today the 20th January. I emailed the post office, i keep checking my tracking, but nothing or no one updates me. This is very bad. So basically your stuff gets ******? Bad bad bad. Don't use speed service couriers as well as Primrose Post office!! Tracking number is TC***ZA. Check it for yourself.
