Speed Services is a misnomer

My parents posted a parcel to me from Arcon Park in Vereeniging on the 14th of July 2015. The website shows it as scanned in at 09:00. The next and only other entry is that it was 'COLL DOC' in JoBurg on the 15th of July 2015 at 22:59. I have been to the Linton Grange post office for collection on Wednesday, Thursday and today. Thursday the lady managed to get hold of someone and told me the parcel was not in PE yet. Today at 15:10 there was no reply at either *** nor ***. She tried for the better part of 10 minutes. This is supposed to be an overnight service. Are they going to refund me my fuel? How many more times must I try?
