Speed Services delayed, delayed, delayed!

On the 5th of January 2018, I paid to have documents sent To the UK in 5 days. It is now the 28th of Jan. The online tracing options are never updated, the Speed Services client phone lines are so slow and refund documents so irrelevant- that I'm starting to think it's all delaying tactics! At this point I just want the documents BACK so I can make use of a different more effective company. I'm severely dissapointed!
