Speed Services Couriers worse service I have ever seen

My name is Owen I shipped a parcel with South African Post Office and that was on the 26/01/2018 and the parcel was handed over to Speed Services Courier same day that it was shipped.I paid for overnight services and till today I have not received my shipment.

I called South African Post Office they advice that the shipment was with Speed Services Couriers and when I call Speed Services Couriers the call center tell me that their systems are down and cannot be able to advise me what is happening with the shipment.

In this case I will recommend people not to use Speed Services Couriers as their offer the worse service ever.,They take forever to answer the phones and eventually when they answer they won't help you with anything.

I want my parcel to be delivered as soon as possible and the tracking number is TC ********** 27ZA
