`speed` `services` `couriers` will undergo name change to slow or nothing, no-service not delivering company

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of February. It is now the 9th of March!!! None of the phone numbers I phone gets answered or many does not even exist according to the Telkom lady! They do not reply to email and I am losing income in a very difficult time because I do not have this item. How absulutely pathetic has a once excellent service not become?!
