Speed Services Couriers = snail speed, nonexistent tracking & unresponsive call centre

A one star rating is overly generous. • I placed an order on 28/11/2019 and received an email with tracking no. the following day. • The “Speed” Services website had no record of any parcel corresponding to the tracking number • The parcel or slip did not arrive, so I contacted the suppier on 9/12/2019, who confirmed that the parcel was reacy for collection (at the Rustenburg post office). • The following day I attempted to phone the Rustenburg “Speed” Services branch, however both numbers that appear on thewebsite triggered a “number does not exist” message. • I then contacted the regional no. (***) and waited for probably about 20-30 minutes before an agent eventually answered. (I wanted to confirm that I can collect my parcel without a collection slip, but with the email I had received from the supplier.) • The people at Rustenburg Post Office could not find the parcel in their book or on the system. I was friendly to them and said that I am aware that parcels often “go missing” from the post office. After about half an hour’s searching, they located the parcel and said that it had been enters “in another book”.
