Speed Services Couriers - Asleep At The Wheel

Posted a parcel domestically (Cape Town to Johannesburg) after I was assured that I would be able to track it online. Well, the site http://www.speedservices.co.za/help/trackandtrace.html fails to track or trace. Mailed the provided email addresses and no response. Called all 3 numbers to no avail - on hold for roughly 45 minutes before I hung up. Decided to go back to the post office I mailed it from - what do you know, their systems are offline. What exactly am I paying for? Next time I'll be using Aramex.co.za - transparent service and cheaper, too.
